It’s hard to believe it’s been 10 years since we started this journey. What began as a vision to support youth in Delray Beach has grown into a county-wide movement, now serving young people across Palm Beach County. Thanks to your continued support, we’ve expanded our reach, strengthened our team, and impacted more lives than ever before.

Our mission remains clear—to empower youth to shape their own futures. Every day, we see our students step up in their schools, communities, and families, showing us what being ‘Bout Dat Action really means. Their growth and resilience remind us why this work is so important.

As we celebrate a decade in a new location that gives us the room and amenities to do more and serve more, your belief in the EJS Project has turned us into a beacon of hope, not only for the students we serve but for their families and our broader community. Together, we’ve faced challenges head-on, from the pandemic to social unrest, and have continued to create a space where youth can thrive.

We know there’s much more work ahead. We remain committed to giving our youth the tools they need to succeed, and we’re confident that with your support, the next 10 years will be even brighter.
