Dr. Clarice Redding Louis
Workshop Name: Moving Beyond Potential
“Moving Beyond Potential” is a real-talk session for students who are tired of being told they have potential but haven’t been given the tools to do something with it. Through honest conversation, self-reflection, and a simple but powerful action framework, participants will leave knowing what makes them uniquely gifted, how to connect that to a future they actually want, and what their very next step looks like. This isn’t a lecture — it’s a conversation. And every student in the room has something to contribute to it.

Workshop Name: The Blueprint: Designing the Life You Want
The workshop will give teen participants a fast‑paced, practical, and confidence‑building introduction to career readiness. Students will gain an understanding of their strengths, explore real career pathways, and identify simple next steps they can take right now. Through interactive activities, honest conversation, and clear action items, the session helps them see their potential, reduce the pressure of “having it all figured out,” and leave with one concrete goal they can start on immediately.
Students will walk away with a clearer sense of their strengths and the many career paths available to them, along with practical steps they can start taking right now. They also gain confidence, motivation, and a real belief that their future is full of possibilities they can shape.
